The brand Griphinity is owned by Gilwig AB, Almsätersvägen 4, S-192 76 Sollentuna, Sweden, (defined as “we/our/us”) and we sell products and provide related information through www.griphinity.se (defined as “the Site”). As a user of the Site (defined as “you/your”) you acknowledge that your use of the Site and/or any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below.
Occasionally there may be information on our websites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and the use of our web site shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Sweden.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Websites. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Websites or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
To shop from our online store you must be 18 years of age or older. By registering on our site you warrant to Griphinity/Gilwig AB that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
You understand that products offered by Griphinity/Gilwig AB may contain materials that could be dangerous if handled improperly, and you acknowledge that Griphinity is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from any misuse of any products offered through the Website. You further acknowledge that products may not be suitable for use by children, and you expressly assume sole liability for providing any individual under the age of 18 with access to any products. You hereby agree not use products for any illegal purpose and you assume all liability for any action you take for any action that is contrary to any law, rule, or regulation of any territory.
All prices are stated in Euro including 25% VAT. Due to currency changes, etc., Griphinity/Gilwig AB reserves the right to change its prices on an ongoing basis.
The price payable for the products you order is that set out on our web site at the time you place your order. The prices of the products that we display on our web site are subject to change without notice.
When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your order, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is an error in our server. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.
We take payment online in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently use a third party payment service provider (Stripe) to process all online transactions. For information about the measures that the service provider have put in place to protect your security, please refer to their respective web sites.
We deliver our products to all countries in EU. Shipping costs are visible at the checkout page of this shop. We send your products from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. The time it take for the products to reach you vary between countries and freight forwarders.
We chooses the optimal shipping method when we receive your order. We work with large freight forwarders such as Schenker, PostNord, UPS, DHL and others. We will notify you by e-mail when the delivery is booked and the goods leave our warehouse.
We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
You (the buyer) must check whether the goods are defective or defective as soon as possible after delivery. In the event of any transport damage, please contact the shipping company that delivered your goods. See contact information on the shipping company's delivery note. If a delivery note is missing, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is a good idea to photograph any damaged packaging and other transport damage as soon as it is discovered so that there is documentation showing the damage.
We use the secure checkout solution from Stripe. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Stripe uses HTTPS for all services using TLS(SSL), even for their public website. Credit card numbers are encrypted, with decryption keys stored on separate machines.
We accept VISA, Master Card or American Express credit cards.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. For this to apply, the product must be in undamaged condition, unused and in original packaging. The days are counted from the day when you picked up the package at a delivery point or otherwise received the goods.
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us via email email@example.com to receive information about how to return the product. The product must be returned within 14 days from the day you announced that you changed your mind and the product must be in new condition, including all packaging material (cartons, clamps, plastic bags, etc.), manuals, brochures etc. that were delivered with the product,
You pay for the return shipping and you as a customer are responsible for any reduced value of the goods as a result of other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. Be sure to save your return receipt when you send in your return to us. Griphinity assumes no liability for transport damage as a result of poor packaging upon return.
Griphinity/Gilwig AB reserves the right to reduce the refund amount for damage / wear and tear on hardware and for packaging that has been destroyed or lost at the customer.
Once we have checked the returned item and approved the return we calculate and process the refund. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used when ordering.
Processing of personal data
